Know-how and humour are not mutually exclusive. You can be serious and funny when you need to be.
The play on words lies in the very close pronunciation of the two French words ‘Abbaye’ (monastery) and ‘Abeille’ (bee). So instead of drawing the building, drawing the insect creates a humorous and unexpected play on words that plays on the usual (and patrimonial) names of French estates, while emphasising the natural side of wine making.
